Each cigar needs his shape of a pre-cut leaf to roll the perfect bunch and/or cigar.
For more than 80 years VDL PMB is improving the quality of the die-groups to cut those leaves in the perfect shape.
Due knowledge and experience we create the perfect shaped parts for you to achieve the best yield and the perfect cut for the best rolling.

The DIE Groups are completely made by machine so no hands are needed anymore for finishing and sharping.
This ensures that the thickness of the cutting edges is perfectly consistent and no heat is brought to the material that will reduce the hardness.
Furthermore, the cover and plunger have been specially treated for longer life.
