VDL PMB are the inventors of the bobbin system developed several different types of bobbin filling machines. The MBF 90 is a leaf cutting and bobbin winding machine based on experience. A reliable simple mechanical design takes care of the best bobbin winding system with the perfect tension control of the carrier material.
With the MBF 90 not only the tension of the winding of the bobbin is exact controlled but also the tension of the bobbin material during the unwinding of the empty bobbin. A side control unit controls the edge of the bobbin to end with a perfect straight bobbin.
