PA100

The PA100 is one of the machines in the finishing line of VDL PMB. It is used to pierce a hole in a finished product up to a speed of 160 CPM. The machine can either be an independent unit or be synchronously coupled to other finishing machines of the VDL PMB line. The PA100 has 10 heated needles which are all set to a greater depth, than the previous, in order to give the hole a smooth finish.
